A Gigternship is an internship in the music industry for college students to gain real-world experience. Gigternships help young people understand the variety of career opportunities in the music industry with Music Forward and our industry partners.
 

Music Forward is unyielding in our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. As part of our ongoing efforts to champion a more diverse music industry, the Music Forward’s Job and Gigternship Job Board will feature employment and paid internships within our organization and at partner organizations. This board is a central hub for diverse leaders and youth to find opportunities within the music industry including positions and resources to grow professionally.
